WHAT TYPE OF WEATHER SHOULD I EXPECT?

The weather in Helsinki in September is relatively comfortable for a trip in terms of degrees (10-14), but it might be rainy (around 13 rainfall days) so it is important to prepare yourself with an umbrella and raincoat. Sun rises after 7 am and goes down around 7 pm.

WHAT IS THE CANCELLATION POLICY?

You’ll receive a full refund if you cancel 14 days from the ticket purchase. Outside the 14 day return period, you will get a 50% refund of the registration fee you paid if you cancel by 31 August. After 31 August 2017, we cannot refund your registration regardless of whether or not you attend Nexterday North (outside the 14 day return period). However, remember that you can also transfer your ticket to someone else for free until 21 August 2017. To cancel an existing ticket, please email nexterday.north@comptel.com. You are responsible for cancelling your own hotel and travel reservations.

CAN I TRANSFER MY REGISTRATION TO SOMEONE ELSE?

If you can’t attend, but know someone who really wants to be here, you can transfer your ticket for free until 8 September 2017. To transfer a ticket, please email nexterday.north@comptel.com with the full name, email address, title, and company name of the new registrant as well as the full name of whom they will be replacing. Please remember that cancelling your registration does not cancel your hotel and travel arrangements. You are responsible for cancelling your own hotel and travel reservations.

HOW DO I CANCEL OR TRANSFER MY REGISTRATION?

Email us at nexterday.north@comptel.com to let us know you won't be able to attend. If you're transferring your ticket to someone else, please include his or her full name, email, job title, phone number, company and work address.

WHICH HOTEL DO YOU RECOMMEND?

The preferred hotel with transportation to the event location is Hotel Hilton Helsinki Strand for which we have agreed special prices during the event. You can reserve hotel when you register to the event. Hotel is located on the John Stenbergin ranta 4 in few minutes walk from Helsinki city centre. HOW DO I GET FROM THE HOTEL TO THE VENUE?

Bus transportation between Hilton Helsinki Strand and the event location is arranged for the seminar participants in the mornings and evenings.

Public transportation to/from Suvilahti from city centre takes about 20 minutes. Take underground to Kalasatama or bus 16, from the central railway station.

A journey by taxi from Hotel Hilton Helsinki Strand to the Event center Kattilahalli takes about 10 minutes and from city centre about 20 minutes.
